Ready to up your grilling game? Master the art of seasoning and searing like a pro in our two-week intensive workshop.

You’ll get hands-on experience with all kinds of grilling techniques – from fruits and vegetables to cheese, meat and seafood. Learn how to amp up flavour by making your own spice rubs and marinades, sauces and compound butters. We’ll share techniques for skewering kabobs to putting the perfect char on flatbreads. You’ll even prepare a few sides to serve up with your grilled feast. So join us and become the master of your own grill. Dates are held on two consecutive weeks, Monday June 17 & 24 from 6-9 pm

What To Expect In Our Hands-On Classes: Great cooking isn’t about recipes—it’s about techniques. In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional instructors.

  • Classes are for students 16 years and older and are 3 hours in length
  • You will work with other students in groups
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 12 students
  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
  • You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish
  • Students receive 15% off in-store purchases the day of class
