Delicious meets nutritious in our favorite new culinary trend: using cauliflower in place of starch or meat.

Join us for tonight’s class and discover creative ways to prepare this surprisingly versatile veggie. Our instructor will share secrets for incorporating cauliflower into classic Asian comfort foods. She will show you how to wok-fry cauliflower “rice,” deep fry Korean “chicken,” and swap out cauliflower for meat in a tasty Thai larb. Plus, we’ll show you how to make cauliflower “bread” for the ultimate gluten-free grilled cheese sandwich.
