GIRLS NIGHT OUT: Gal-entines Day (Demonstration-Style)

No need to opt out of Valentine’s Day this year – we’re hosting a party with all a girl needs for fun – wine, bread and chocolate!

Ladies join us for a fun, filled evening with your GFF’s as we pull out all the stops for a delicious feast. Our instructor will share two of her favourite “gal-pal” cocktails, then prepare a delicious winter salad topped with creamy herbed goat cheese. Learn how to make a quick and easy shrimp starter, then she will share the secrets to creating a decadent beef stew, simmered in hearty red wine and served over buttery noodles. We round out the evening with a mouth-watering chocolate dessert that will have you yearning for more. This year it’s all about ladies celebrating ladies, so raise a toast and treat yourself!

MENU: Ladies Night Rum Punch, Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Martini, Frisee and Green Apple Salad with Walnuts & Herbed Goat Cheese, Lemon Garlic Shrimp, Decadent Beef Stroganoff with Buttery Noodles, Bittersweet Chocolate Tart with Candied Orange Slices

What To Expect In Our Demonstration Classes:  Great cooking isn’t about recipes – it’s about techniques. We focus on teaching students the methods and techniques to cook classic dishes lead by our qualified instructors.

  • Classes are for students 16 years and older and are 2 1/2 – 3 hours in length
  • Demonstration classes mean you sit-back-and-enjoy while we do the cooking.  This is a very interactive experience.
  • Demonstration classes have a maximum of 22 guests.
  • You’ll enjoy a generous portion of each dish
  • You’ll receive 1 Relish point on your Preferred Customer Card plus 15% discount on regular priced retail merchandise the night of the class.
