With a nod to spring, one of our favourite seasonal classes returns with fresh ideas for quick and easy meals. ¬†Tonight we take some of the season’s freshest ingredients and turn them into fun and simple meals. Learn how to create a simple dinner salad including making a vinaigrette from scratch. We’ll show you how to make two popular restaurant take-out meals easily at home and a quick and easy pasta dish using many ingredients you probably have in your pantry. Finally, we’ll finish with a unfussy dessert that can be made ahead with seasonal strawberries and lemons. So grab a couple of friends and join us as we share make-ahead tips and techniques to make your weeknight meals easy and leave you plenty of time to spend with family or friends.
