With a nod to spring, one of our favourite seasonal classes returns with fresh ideas for quick and easy meals. Tonight we take some of the season’s freshest ingredients and turn them into fun and simple meals. Learn how to create a simple dinner salad including making a vinaigrette from scratch. We’ll show you how to make two popular restaurant take-out meals easily at home and a quick and easy pasta dish using many ingredients you probably have in your pantry. Finally, we’ll finish with a unfussy dessert that can be made ahead with seasonal strawberries and lemons. So grab a couple of friends and join us as we share make-ahead tips and techniques to make your weeknight meals easy and leave you plenty of time to spend with family or friends.
