In tonight’s class, you’ll learn how to incorporate peak-of-the-season tomatoes into a variety of savoury dishes.  We’ll share secrets to making a quick pickle and pastry for making a crostada from scratch.  We’ll show you how to oven-roast tomatoes to perfection then incorporate them into a warm, seasonal soup. Plus we’ll show you how to make one of Donna-Marie’s favourite all-in-one bowl tomato pasta toss in her favourite multibowl from Emile Henry.  Join us and discover how easy it can be to showcase tomatoes while they are ripe for the picking.
