Bring along your someone special and join us as we combine food and fun to celebrate the new fresh flavours of the season with a spring-inspired dinner. Chef Cortney Zettler shows you simple yet impressive techniques to create a flavour-packed menu and prepare uniquely delicious high-end dishes you will love to share with others.  (Please Note: Price is per couple)


MENU: Duck Rillette with Cheese Crackers and Pickles, Smoked Trout with Greens & Garlic Vinaigrette, Belle Ravioli with Peas, Bacon and Brodo, Rhubarb Maple Meringues

Meet The Instructor…Cortney Zettler

Cortney Zettler is a graduate of the esteemed Stratford Chefs School in 2012.  She had the pleasure of being the Assistant Program Coordinator for Savour Stratford in 2014. She has been an instructor at the Stratford Chefs School since 2013. Cortney enjoys getting to know local producers and incorporating their products into new creations.  Her cooking career has been evolving from the young age of fourteen and she now excels at making innovative dishes, while always keeping balance in mind.
