Bring along your someone special and join us as we celebrate the food and culture of Thailand. Chef Patrick Mathieu spent his honeymoon in Thailand and tonight he shares some of the dishes he learned to make while visiting this exotic locale.  Learn the secrets for combining aromatic herbs and spices, with seasonal ingredients to create the flavours that makes Thai cuisine uniquely intriguing.  We’ll walk you through the techniques for making crispy spring rolls to a favourite chicken curry. Plus he will share a delicious dessert to finish off the evening.
