We all know everything is always “Better With Bacon”.

Today in our complimentary workshop, we’ll talk about the different types, what to buy, the many ways to use it, how to cook it properly (never get hit by hot grease again) and how to use and store the rendered fat.

We’ll show you how to use our newest bacon cooking device, plus we’ll sample (did we mention it’s bacon) a few tasty treats made with BACON.  Then we’ll turn it all into one big baconfest as we  demonstrate how to make Caesar Salad from scratch including the croutons. So grab a friend and come on over for some delicious bacon treats.
